Before partnering with Gemist, Greenwich St. Jewelers was experiencing high bounce rates, low engagement, and long sales cycles. They had tried to build their own jewelry configurator software, but were finding it overwhelming and expensive.

THE SOLUTION

G St. opted to white label The Customize Experience with an integrated Diamond Marketplace.

The project started with our in-house marketing, merchandising, and UX/UI teams designing a seamless SKU variant matrix and user experience, working with the G St. team for edits and approvals along the way. Then, our engineering team built a custom i-frame and fully integrated it into G St.’s existing Shopify site.
